Chef Manuel Lepuri

Class of 1993, born in Cagliari and raised on Lake Como, Manuel brings a personal and contemporary vision to the kitchen. After experiences in starred restaurants and travels between Europe and Central America, he leads Helvetia with a proposal that combines roots, research and sensibility.
