Chef Manuel Lepuri

Born in Cagliari in 1993 and raised on Lake Como, Manuel brings a personal and contemporary vision to the kitchen. After experiences in Michelin-starred restaurants and travels throughout Europe and Central America, he leads Helvetia with a cuisine that combines roots, research, and sensitivity.
